Great experience. Hosts were proactively responsive. No issues during our stay. Didn't require us to totally clean the unit before we left, however we left it clean. Recommend!

Terrific place to stay! We came to town for a KSU football game and this location was perfect between the game and walking to Aggieville. Everything was very clean and the host was great! He checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues or anything! The only thing to point out is the blue couch in the upstairs living room is a bit small, so take note before having a tall adult stay on it. Would definitely recommend!

This place is a gem! Very clean, great for a large group with big living and kitchen area. Safe and private neighborhood! Beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities! Communication was great and we’d definitely stay here again!

This is an adorable rental and it was perfect for our Thanksgiving KSU game weekend getaway with our adult children. The hosts have thought of everything that you could possibly need during your visit. We were greeted with snacks and treats upon arrival. There is a cute coffee bar. The kitchen has all the utensils, appliances, and even spices. Everything is labeled for easy location. The weather didn't cooperate, but there was even an umbrella for us to use. The basement provides a separate living area for additional privacy. We will definitely stay here again if available.

We bookedJason’s place because I needed a nice large living area and kitchen to host Thanksgiving. The home was great! It was in a nice Colbert Hills location, about 10 minutes from the stadium. The kitchen was very spacious and had plenty of counter space to prep and cook. I had a really great large island for entertaining and the kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of space to host Thanksgiving with a dining area and a very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace. The upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and it had a really great double desk area leading into the master bedroom whichworked great for my husband and I to remotely work side-by-side. The home was very tastefully decorated. Jason was very communicative and allowed us a slightly later checkout, which helped immensely. Everything was great and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in the Little Apple, so many special touches to this well maintained property! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need and so much more! Great communication from check in to check out. We will definitely stay again!
