Hot tub, 4bd Family Home - Bertrand Cottage

The house is really nice and quite adorable. It's cozy but plenty big for everything 8 people need. Loved the larger kitchen table and the side patio area. We hope to stay here again! Great location also to everything we needed as far as the football game and Aggieville!

Everything was wonderful. The location was great, close enough to both campus and Aggieville. The house is darling and clean. The driveway was big enough for all of our vehicles, so we did not need to concern ourselves with street parking. The hot tub was easy to remove the lid and operate with clearly posted instructions. Five of us had plenty of room to sleep, get ready, relax, and just hang out. This could become a yearly tradition, and this house would be the perfect spot to stay for us each fall. Any questions we had were always answered quickly.

We had a wonderful K-State Family Weekend while staying at the cottage on Bertrand. The cottage was cozy and clean. The home smelled so fresh when we entered. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. It’s a beautiful home. We unfortunately didn’t get to use hot tub because of the weather. We made great memories there! We will never forget our daughter’s first KSU family weekend. 💜

Great place great host would definitely recommend

Jason and Patti were wonderful hosts. We were able to check in a little early and start our birthday celebration with our son who goes to college in Manhattan. The living room had very comfortable couches and big enough for real adults! The dining table sat 8 guests which was so helpful and we had plenty of off street parking spots. We all came from different states and had 3 cars so game changer. Th e game room in the basement was a nice treat. Aggieville was only about 6-8 blocks away and a lovely walk for all of us. Thank you for sharing this awesome place with our crazy group.

Adorable home with lots of space! The games in the basement and the scripture verses and journal were a lovely touch!

The stay was great. Response was quickly addressed. Patti was great at tell us anything that would be going on (like lawn keepers coming). She was able to get me an early check in that was needed. Home was clean, inviting, felt like home away from home. If ever back in the area would stay there again. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Excellent stay! Host(s) very communicative and willing to assist in any way. Clean home with everything you would need. Close to downtown Manhattan, walkable neighborhood.
