Good location, clean, comfy atmosphere.

The host was great to work with. The game run was great to keep the kids and adults busy during the down time of our trip. Very nice home and neighborhood.

Everything was great, the coffee pot filter was moldy but we cleaned it up and used it. There was only 1 tray for the oven which was in someone of the other reviews. It worked for what we needed for the weekend. 20 minute walk to Aggie ville and the ice rink was only a couple blocks. Beds were comfy, and plenty of blankets. Owner was very responsive anytime we asked my a question. We would stay there again if needing a place in manhattan.

Perfect accommodations for our family to attend our son’s graduation from K-State! Close to campus, comfortable, spacious, pristine, and modern with fun games in the basement, especially the shuffleboard! Top 10% air bnb!

This was an outstanding experience with an AirBnB. It seems like there are always some problem when I use an AirBnB but this house was exactly as expected and was a very comfortable place to stay. Price was excellent and I hope to use this place in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was decorated for Christmas, which was such a cozy touch! The hot tub lost power overnight, and Jason and Patti were extremely responsive when we reached out for assistance. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not warm up in time for us to utilize it; however, we were refunded some money for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Manhattan!

Sarah, Jason, and everyone involved were very communicative throughout our stay. Something I do appreciate! The views are absolutely beautiful from the front yard overlooking a huge field and feeling almost ontop of a mountain to the back decks view over the lake! I’m originally from East Texas where we’re surrounded by lakes so this felt like home no doubt about it. If you like natural lighting this is a spot for you. It’s extremely spacious. Also having the gas station a few minutes away made things super convenient as when myself and my colleagues would go to work we could stop by Dara’s to get energy drinks haha! Extremely peaceful. The only thing I would say if there was a TV in the Master bedroom and the big bottom bedroom that would’ve made it a 10/10. The pricing is higher than some airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in though it’s understandable. I’d recommend staying here especially if you have a bigger crowd to house. 👍

Jason and Patti are fantastic hosts. It was a pleasure to stay in their home after having just had a nightmare stay at another Airbnb. Jason and Patti are the model of what Airbnb hosts should be! Thank you for a wonderful week in Manhattan.

I would absolutely stay here again. The host was friendly and responsive. The home was immaculately clean which is my #1 priority when staying in a VRBO or hotel. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is tidy, peaceful, and we felt safe. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Thank you again for a lovely stay!
