This house was perfect for lake getaway. Jason was very responsive the whole time even before the booking we booked very last minute and everything was still perfect when we got there. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock, but Jason gave us great communication the whole time and he was flexible with our checkout time. I love this place and would 100% come back.

Whenever we needed something they did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of so that we were able to enjoy our stay. Had a great weekend visiting our daughter at college and attending the KU/K-State basketball game. The house was perfect and as advertised. Location was extremely convenient. Would definitely rent again in the future.

What an absolute find! The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to university. Rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable, and the layout was perfect to encourage fellowship for our bereavement stay in Manhattan. Two family units can be comfortable sharing this house with two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. I loved that the house had been updated but the original integrity of the house architecture was kept. Hosts went above and beyond communicating with us, checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a dusting of snow and driveway was salted timely. We didn’t use hot tub due to weather but it, the outdoor seating area and fire pit looked inviting for a warmer weather stay. Would definitely stay here again or even try another property by these hosts! They were an absolute joy to work with and I appreciated their attentiveness to our needs throughout our 4 night stay.

The kids enjoyed the garage game room. The open living kitchen area was great. The weather was windy and cold so didn’t get to enjoy the backyard. Very easy to find and had everything we needed for the weekend stay. The communication was great.
