The kids enjoyed the garage game room. The open living kitchen area was great. The weather was windy and cold so didn’t get to enjoy the backyard. Very easy to find and had everything we needed for the weekend stay. The communication was great.

I reserved The Happy Little Apple for my adult children and they were blown away by this charming little house! They had 2 babies with them, so I knew a stand-alone house would work better than a hotel or apartment-style rental so as not to disturb others or be disturbed by them. The kids loved the central location and proximity to the places they needed to be, but what they loved most were all the cute and thoughtful touches the owner provided. Its big kitchen and open concept living/dining area made it a perfect place for them to eat together, visit, and reconnect. We were in town for a funeral and the owner’s flexibility and attention to detail were such a comfort during this difficult time. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!

We have stayed in many Airbnbs - none better than this one. The house is both beautiful and super comfortable. The beds and linens were lovely - and having a noise machine in each bedroom made for great sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the house is a short drive to KSU and downtown. We will be back!

Loved my stay here. Felt like home. Nice, clean place. Spacious. Close to nice walking trail. Kitchen has plenty of counter space if you enjoy cooking like us. has everything you need. Jason is very responsive and helpful if you need anything additional during your stay - which I can't imagine what that would be since everything you would need is there. Hope to stay there again next time I'm in town.

We enjoyed our time at the Lakeview Luxury. We had a full house with plenty of gathering spaces to accommodate. The host was quick to help us locate necessary bedding to accommodate the number of people we had in the house.

Absolutely perfect. Amazing location just a stone's throw from the airport, highways, and minutes from KSU & Fort Riley, settled in a quiet & peaceful residential neighborhood. The home was (somehow) better than imagined - pristine, comfortable, and featured all amenities a traveler could hope for. Our hosts were the most gracious, immediately responsive to all questions and accommodating to our requests; as well as kindly reaching out just to check in. I would HIGHLY recommend checking this property's availability for your next stay in the area. I know we certainly will.
