Great house! The kitchen and living room were a great space for our family of 10 adults to hang out and eat meals. The garage/game room was so fun! We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table and it was nice to have that area kind of separate from the house by a door that blocked the noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Jason and Patti were very kind, house was well kept and very comfortable, all amenities were available for use, and the location was easily walkable to Aggieville.

Inside was a relief! Outside is rough, meaning neighbors. Run down homes near. However, we utilized the backyard & had a great time. So your property was good. When arriving in the back alley I was pretty nervous on the condition of your home. I was pleasantly surprised when walking into your home. It is nice! Thank you!

It’s always great to find such a clean, large, modern space to rent for game days in Manhattan! Our family was able to enjoy a great weekend with our college student at Kyle’s place. Well worth the short drive outside of town!
