The house was very clean and cozy.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at The Matterhorn with family that came into town. The space was just what we needed to accommodate everyone. The game room kept family busy and the open kitchen/living room was perfect for keeping up with conversations. Our hosts were quick with replying to questions and made sure our stay went well.

Had a great stay! The sunrise views over the lake were amazing! Lots of space to spread out as well as gather. We celebrated an early Thanksgiving with family then went to football game in the evening. Worked out great! Accommodating for children and grandparents as well. We would definitely consider staying there again!

We had a very nice stay. The house was super clean and very comfortable. It had all of the amenities necessary. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The communication with Jason and Makaylee was great. They reached out upon our arrival and during our stay to make sure that everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. During our stay something unexpected came up and they were super kind and accommodating. That meant a lot to us and definitely a reason to recommend staying at one of their properties.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for friends and family. Very cool loft for kids/teens. Great family room set up with games and TV. Beautiful views. Toiletries supplied in all bathrooms. Home is clean. Very communicative and nice owner!

Makaylee sent very detailed instructions prior to arrival and checked in to make sure we were settled. The location was great! It was close to Aggieville and Poyntz but still in a quiet area. The place was just as described and very clean! Would definitely stay here again!
