Beautiful home with tons of space! The views of the lake and overlooking land was incredible--both sunset and sunrise were amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Jason the co host was very responsive. There was an incident at the neighbors and he checked on us as soon as he found out. We felt safe in the home. It was clean, cozy and conveniently located. We were in town for a band clinic at the college. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed a later check out as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the MHK area.

Makayla and Jason were very responsive. Their place was beautifully styled and had everything we needed. They let me park in the driveway when their other Airbnb behind the house was not occupied, which was very kind of them. I loved that there was no gross carpets - all hardwood, tile, and polished concrete, which made the place feel cleaner than other airbnbs. They had enough linens and supplies for the week. We weren’t worried about running out of toilet paper, towels or dishwasher pods like some other airbnbs make you feel. Another great week in Manhattan!

I am a huge fan of air bnb’s and this one is definitely at the top of my list. Clean, very clean actually, great communication, we even had a slight emergency and were not able to complete the full check out list, they said they would pray for us and not to worry!

Any issue we had was quickly addressed and Jason was so accommodating and friendly!

Hosts were extremely responsive. We received a nice welcoming card with a personalized greeting. That was a very nice touch! We inquired about the pack n play that was not in the unit and the hosts were very quick to respond and brought it right over. However, upon check out we did ask for an hour extension on check out (11:00 instead of 10:00) and then proceeded to charge an additional $40! I understand the minor inconvenience but it was an hour not 3. We definitely would return.

Sarah's house was a great option for a multi-family gathering. There was plenty of space for kids to play and the adults to hang out.

Nice place in a nice neighbor hood. Host was quick to respond and also was willing to deliver stuff to house during a major winter storm.

This house was clean and well stocked. We loved the game room. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. We had 6 adults and 3 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone to lounge.

We loved our stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable for our group of six for our daughter’s graduation weekend. Everything as described! Great instructions and very friendly hosts! Would stay again! Thank you!
