This AirBnB was the perfect stay for our family of 5. Communication with Makaylee was smooth, timely, very clear and easy. She made checking in and out simple with straightforward instructions. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and another in the basement and a huge L-shaped couch and game area, our 3 teens camped out in the basement while my husband and I enjoyed the upstairs spaces. In fact, only 1 bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs were used since our sons slept super comfortably on the couch downstairs while their sister slept in the basement bedroom. All rooms were clean and beautifully minimalistic in their decor. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked with every appliance a family could need to feel at home away from home. We even had access to a comfortable space out back that included a gas grill (which we took advantage of). Overall this is definitely an AirBnB to revisit when (God willing) we visit our KState Wildcat in the future. 💯 recommend!

Absolutely beautiful , clean, and cozy home ! We felt right at home. Lovely kitchen fully stocked for all our needs. Peaceful and quit neighborhood just as stated in listing. Host immediately responded when I had a question and was wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Manhattan. I know we will book again !

The house was cute, cozy and adequately housed our family of seven. When we had a plumbing issue, the host was prompt in attending to the problem. We would definitely stay there again when visiting our college student.
