Peaceful Lake Cabin 3BD - Surrounded by Nature

Pat and Jason were great hosts. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

This was such a fun place to stay! So so peaceful with the beautiful lake views. We saw deer and the kids caught frogs. Very quirky decor was fun for all. My daughter counted 271 buffalo decor/images. We will definitely stay again if we visit MHK again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at this lake cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. One of our favorite parts was the peaceful setting. It was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy the quiet, and spend quality time together. Being so close to the lake made it easy to get outside and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great each night. It’s obvious the hosts have put a lot of care into creating a space where guests can truly unwind. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, a family vacation, or a home base for enjoying the lake, we would absolutely recommend this cabin. We made some wonderful memories here and would gladly stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

The house was not only interesting and unique but also very comfortable. Jason was both friendly and accommodating on the phone and through text. We also met him in person and he was very friendly and genuine. Although we didn't wind up using the watercraft Jason was very accommodating about that. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and fished and hiked around the lake. I would definitely stay there again if I came back to visit my son and would explore the property even more.

Our family wanted to find a quiet spot in the country where we could bring our dog, and that was also close to Manhattan, and the Buffalo House checked all those boxes. We loved the theme of the house, and it was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The fenced backyard was great for our dog to run around, and we took quite a few nature walks on the property. Beautiful location even at the end of winter. They had plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils you would need. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We loved the peace and quiet of being on the lake with few neighbors but still close enough to town for easy access. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog and toddler.

The best Airbnb my family, dogs, and I could have possibly stayed at during our time in Kansas! The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and gave such a peaceful feel. The environment surrounding was gorgeous and perfect! We all took daily walks along the trails and the dogs enjoyed it very much. We watched the sunrises and sunsets at the tops of the hills, and got to see the spectacular view of all of Manhattan as well. The area in general felt so safe. We spoke with some locals and campers in the area, and had very pleasant interactions with them all.

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was peaceful and a great escape from everyday life. Right on the lake with a fire pit, all the cookware you need, super clean and cozy home. I have zero complaints and will definitely book again. This is the place for you if you're looking for a nice getaway just 20 minutes from town.
