Makaylee’s place was perfect for a Homecoming weekend visit back to MHK. Our group of 6 felt right at home and each couple got their own space. We absolutely recommend this spot for a trip back down memory lane - walkable to Aggieville, City Park, and campus!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Kyles place. It was the perfect home away from home. It had all the amenities and more. The house was immaculately clean, the washrooms were pristine and the kitchen had everything. I would recommend Kyle’s place to anyone visiting Manhattan Kansas

The house was a very clean older home. The beds we comfortable. The kitchen was very nice. The living/dining room had ample space. It had a nice outdoor backyard. The host communicated well, were friendly and always responded. It was walking distance to Aggieville. We enjoyed our stay in Manhattan.

The heating and air worked very well. The entry and drive were covered with autumn yard debris. Close to city center and all activities in Manhattan. TheFlinthills Discovery Center was very informative and well done. Fabulous pollinator garden. Scads of butterflies. Jason was very helpful.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! My wife and I stayed overnight and found the space was exactly as described - beautifully clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. You could tell the host has put real care into making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful; a short walk to grab some yummy dinner. Towels and linens were fresh, coffee station on standby, and much to my delight - plenty of cold filtered water and ice! The communication was clear & seamless, and genuinely welcoming. We had no issues finding the house & all the information provided to us was helpful. There’s no doubt we’ll be back when we’re in the Little Apple - especially because we didn’t get the chance to try out the ping pong table in the back garage or kick our feet up at the fire pit in the backyard!

Nice house with good amount of driveway parking

We truly enjoyed our game weekend at this cottage. The house was pristine - everything seemed new and fresh. The DR/LR area offered excellent an gathering space for our crowd, especially with the elevated cafe-style table in the DR that allowed us to throw pizzas and the continuation of our tailgate fixin's on the table with easy access for us all. The kitchen was beautiful and had a full sized fridge and freezer. We also enjoyed gathering around the fire pit the night before the game. The bedroom setup is most ideal for families, as one room has a twin and a trundle bed, but the space downstairs is nice and quiet for both bedrooms down there, so it's also nice for the one or two adults in any group who like to crash early. (If the group isn't hanging out downstairs with the shuffleboard...) The communications from the owners/managers was excellent and I never felt uninformed or in the dark about anything. I will definitely consider this for our future get-togethers in Manhattan.
