We had just a quick stop on our way back home from a trip to the West. Perfect place to crash for the night! Beautiful home, comfy beds, tasteful decor. Didn't check out the neighborhood, as we were just passing through the area. Kitchen is well stocked with pota, pans etc. The second bathroom was great for our group of 8. There's a small office in basement, convenient for doing some quick work. Would definitely stay again!

First time experience and it was great! We felt relaxed. Darren was always checking if something was needed; very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at the "Lakeview Luxury" home, and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway near Manhattan! It was very clean, super spacious, and conveniently located just outside of town. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Our stay in Manhattan, Kansas was amazing! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, cozy, and in such a great area. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the community so much that it honestly made us want to move here someday. This was my first time renting and staying in an Air B&B. As a military family of five young children, I needed somewhere to lighten the load for my family for what was a very stressful military move. This home was perfect for us and Kyle made it even more enjoyable. He was very responsive and detailed for everything I needed. He also opened up his garage to shield my vehicle from a terrible storm that was building up in the area. I highly recommend anyone to stay with Kyle and his beautiful property. Also, if you’re lucky, you may catch a glimpse of the beaver that hangs out in the back yard!

the home provided our crew a place to be able to not feel like we were out of town holed up into a hotel, it made being away from home so much more tolerable and the place felt like we were on vacation instead of working! very nice! 6 people comfortably

The home was comfortable for the 12 of us. The young adults enjoyed the game room which was a nice touch. The neighborhood is quiet. We were there for the Bill Snyder 1/2 marathon so it was an added plus that the home isn’t far from the stadium.
