What Our Guests Say

This is our second time to stay in Jason's properties. We drove through a hail storm and winds in a thunderstorm. Jason was quick to get the property cleaned up and comfortable. Always super responsive to any needs we have. Appreciate having a clean, comfy place. Well taken care of. Perfect to have our volunteer group over for a grilled burger after a day of hard work painting. Would recommend their properties.

Good place. Very responsive host. Would recommend and stay again

Nice place, clean, comfortable, good location away from campus yet very short drive to campus and other amenities in town. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Owners/mgmt communicated very well. Property was very clean and modern relative to the rest of the neighborhood. Great property for two to four people.

Very nice location, easy access to places to eat and stores!!

Great host for our team and a great stay :) would recommend !!

My family and I felt at home there. Hosts were amazing for so many reasons. We definitely will book here again. Thank you for being amazing hosts!! We will be back this summer.

Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Host was very accommodating.

We had a nice weekend in Manhattan. It was comforting to know we had a nice place to stay and relax. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

It was a pleasure and wonderful house. Only I would suggest is putting tvs in the bedrooms because everyone doesn’t watch the same shows. I would rent from Makaylee again when visiting Manhattan. Thank you again for an amazing weekend. This is my first time doing an Airbnb.

The house was perfect for our family and close enough to get to everything easily.

it was a wonderful stay and beautiful house. loved the game room
