Had a great stay here. Very comfortable and so quiet. The space was lovely and had everything needed. Short walk to the park and city pool. would stay here again! had a little trouble finding the code to get in, but host was super fast at getting back to me. Thank you!

Great location, clean, useful space. Great for a weekend getaway with young kids. The only hiccup was a technological difficulty getting into the property--the code we were given didn't initially work. But the owners were super quick and responsive, and came to the property to fix the issue quickly. Would recommend the property to anyone.

House is very well appointed. The space has been expertly designed and decorated. Close to down town, walkable to restaurants, and quick drive to campus. House has been recently renovated which was nice. Minor improvements to cleaning would be good. Floor needs vacuuming and the basement needed to be cleaned. I would recommend adding some additional blinds to block out light in the bedrooms from neighboring property. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for the weekend and this place was such a great location for everything we needed to do. A nice, simple walk to basically everything. House was clean and had everything we needed, and Makaylee was so nice and chill. And the tv is huge!

The Cozy Stone was the perfect spot for graduation weekend. It allowed us to spend time together as a family. We were able to bring food in so we didn’t have to fight the crowds in the Ville, but it was close enough to walk to the Ville in the evening. The place itself was well appointed with anything that you might need. We especially appreciated the coffee pods! The open layout was wonderful for visiting. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Great host! Great place! Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfy beds and a fun Fuseball table for the kids to enjoy. Definitely family friendly place.
