Melvin was a wonderful host! We were able to do a flexible check in, helpful instructions were given, and the place was exactly as listed. Definitely recommend if you’re in town for a wedding with a large group!

Perfect as always

Everything was great, the coffee pot filter was moldy but we cleaned it up and used it. There was only 1 tray for the oven which was in someone of the other reviews. It worked for what we needed for the weekend. 20 minute walk to Aggie ville and the ice rink was only a couple blocks. Beds were comfy, and plenty of blankets. Owner was very responsive anytime we asked my a question. We would stay there again if needing a place in manhattan.

This was a good place for our group of five to stay for 2 nights while attending a KSU football game. Nice kitchen, very roomy.
