Welcome to this adorable, newly remodeled dwelling unit centrally located just down the street from Manhattan's beautiful City Park. This cozy limestone home is perfect for your next visit, its location makes it ideal for getting around town to experience all that Manhattan has to offer. You are only: 1 min to City Park (perfect for families with small children) 5 mins to Aggieville 5 mins to Downtown Poyntz 10 mins to Bill Snyder Family Stadium 15 mins to the Konza Prairie Nature Trail KITCHEN: Our kitchen is stocked with the basics: plates, bowls, cups, flatware, knives, cutting boards, coffee, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a toaster. Anything else will need to be brought along with you! We occasionally have other supplies that have been left by past guests such as condiments, seasonings, foil, etc. but these are not guaranteed. BASEMENT: The basement has a low ceiling, approximately 7ft. PARKING: Guests do NOT have access to the driveway because there is a second unit behind the house that the driveway is used for. However there is plenty of street parking in front of the house! There is a second unit separate from the house that is also used as a second Airbnb.

This house was perfect for our stay in Manhattan! Loved the location, too! The home was well thought out for a guest and we plan to stay there again at our next visit! Also of note: we had a couple of questions during our stay and the host was quick to respond! Excellent all around!

We had just a quick stop on our way back home from a trip to the West. Perfect place to crash for the night! Beautiful home, comfy beds, tasteful decor. Didn't check out the neighborhood, as we were just passing through the area. Kitchen is well stocked with pota, pans etc. The second bathroom was great for our group of 8. There's a small office in basement, convenient for doing some quick work. Would definitely stay again!
